The second method (if you don't have a ring) is to determine your ring size: Wrap a piece of string or a piece of paper around your finger, making sure it's loose and not too tight, so the ring can easily slip over your knuckle. Mark the end of the string with a pen. Measure the distance from the end of the string using a ruler or tape measure. Compare the ring size on the ruler to the size chart in the image to find your correct size.
